You may return your Secure Mail and Package Drop mailbox within 14 days of the delivery date (the date you received your merchandise) for a refund, less the following return charges:
Customer pays shipping charges to your location.
Customer pays shipping charges back to our store
Customer pays a 35% restocking fee.
To Return a Product
1. To return a product you must telephone us first to obtain an RGA number from our company. Please do not send product back without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number this will only delay your refund.
2. Be sure and return item(s) in original packaging. Pack very carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
3. We will send the freight company out to pick up the merchandise. After receiving it, we will credit your account, less all return fees stated above.
